This is me in 2010 and this is also me in 2020.
In ten years, I gained 50 pounds, my health deteriorated and the aging process accelerated. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and this is the evidence…
I thought I could eat anything and do anything I wanted indefinitely and I would still look super cool. But Oops! Boy, was I wrong. But now I’m up for the challenge of turning back the clock at least ten years so I look and feel great again!
Today is it!
I’m 61 and tired of seeing advertising on Beauty Blogs – products and “healthy” ideas using 21-year-olds. Pretty much everyone looks good at 21 even if they use bar soap on their face and eat hamburgers, fries, and coke for lunch. Seriously!
So… I have a lifestyle plan to subtract ten years.
I’m going to put together all the info I’ve gathered and put it into practice. I’m going to share with the world with complete transparency – everything that I will do. And if you stay with me, you can watch the transformation. For example I fell off the wagon in May of 2020 (along with the rest of the world) but got back on in March of 2021.
